Kitchen - Well equipped with microware, fridge, full sized oven and hob, toaster and all crockery and utensils.

Downstairs bathroom - Bath, W.C., wash basin and shaver point.

Downstairs Twin bedroom - Two single beds, large fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers and door to rear of property.

Upstairs Master bedroom - Double bed, 2 bedside chest of drawers, dressing table, large fitted wardrobe.

Upstairs Twin bedroom - Two single beds, chest of drawers drawers, large fitted wardrobe.

Upstairs Shower room - Shower cubicle, W.C., wash basin with large mirror.

Further utilities include: Clothes airer, iron, vacuum cleaner, fold away cot, various board games and free car parking close to the property.

Please note duvets and pillows are provided, linen is optional or guests are welcome to bring their own linen if required.

Wi-Fi availability – There are two options available:

• Pay for Wi-Fi in the property – Wi-Fi is available in the property. This costs £8 for a 2GB sim card. This will be enough for most people unless streaming films and online gaming. This is a strong 4G system with 25+MBPS download speeds. Additional data available.
• Free wifi in the bar area – The onsite bar has free Wi-Fi available.
